Role:Apprenticeship Recruitment and Admissions AssistantHours: 18.13Salary: xc3x82xc2xa324,723.00 - xc3x82xc2xa327,900.00 FTEEmployer Pension Contribution: 20.8% (xc3x82xc2xa35,142 - xc3x82xc2xa35,803 FTE).Location: Stretford CampusThe Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for an experienced Apprenticeship Recruitment and Admissions Assistant to join the team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.The Role:A part time opportunity has arisen within the Apprenticeship team following the introduction of a digital and centralised approach to Apprenticeship enrolment. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting colleagues with the digital system and processes; ensuring a high standard of quality is received by stakeholders throughout the recruitment and admissions process. You will track the progress of enrolments, following up where needed to ensure deadlines and key performance indictors are met. In addition, you will be responsible for advertising and shortlisting applications on behalf of employers who are actively seeking an apprentice for their organisation.You will work closely within the Apprenticeship team, taking full responsibility for your dedicated sector, whilst supporting other delivery colleagues when required.About you:If you are passionate about sharing your knowledge, skills and experience and have an enthusiasm for supporting apprentices, then there has never been a better time to join Trafford College Group.The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in implementing and monitoring administrative processes.
• Excellent communication skills, including face to face, on the phone and email
• A proactive approach to problem solving
• Strong IT skills and the ability to extract and present key data from IT systems.
• A desire to make improvements to existing ways of working.
• A strong customer focused approach
• A good attention to detail
• A commitment to promoting apprenticeships as a valuable career pathway.
• Experience in the education or apprenticeship sector is preferred but not essential.
