Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, high-quality training in Team Leading and Operations Management. Coach apprentices one-to-one, supporting their growth and confidence. Build lasting relationships with employers to strengthen partnerships. Review learner progress, create action plans, and provide constructive feedback. Ensure apprentices are assessment-ready and equipped for success. Share your industry expertise through practical and theoretical learning. Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and well-being at every step.

Requirements

A level 3+ teaching qualification (or equivelant). Experience in delivering apprenticeships or prior teaching experience. Level 5 Operations Manager qualification or significant sector experience. Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. Ability to identify training needs and implement effective solutions. Strong attention to detail with high levels of literacy and numeracy. Assessor Awards (CAVA, TAQA, A1 equivalent). Background in transport.
