At Steadfast Training, we're looking for passionate, qualified Assessors to deliver

Production Chef Level 2 and the Senior Production Chef Level 3

apprenticeships

As a Steadfast Business Trainer you will be responsible for effective planning, managing and delivery, using appropriate teaching, learning and assessment methods to support apprenticeship learners who are studying

Production Chef Level 2 and the Senior Production Chef Level 3

qualifications. We're seeking a trainer who is looking to create lasting positive impacts.

You will be based in Nottinghamshire and required to travel to visit learners in their workplaces.

Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Must hold strong occupational competency as a Chef, (e.g., Head Chef; Sous Chef; Chef de Partie). Assessor Award (D32/33 or A1/2) or willingness to achieve within a set timeframe Hold a recognised Teaching Qualification - PTLLS or above. Have a good understanding and the ability to deliver apprenticeship programmes. Have a good understanding of Health and Safety, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Safeguarding, and Prevent. Must have experience of food preparation, cooking and finishing across a substantial range of fresh and seasonal dishes e.g. fresh fish, meat, sauces, pastry, bread etc. Experience of working Front of House at Team Leader level or above. Must be IT literate. Must be confident to support learners Maths and English Functional Skills. Full driving licence. Must be flexible with travel. Minimum of 3 years' industry experience in catering and hospitality as a Chef Applicants will ideally live in the Nottinghamshire area.
