We are an established Independent Training Provider celebrating our 20th Year. As a successful Ofsted Grade 2 provider and member of the Chartered Institution of Further Education, we are currently recruiting an Apprenticeship Trainer to deliver qualifications in Business & Management due to growth.

Ideal candidates will be able to deliver Level 2 to Level 5 in Business Qualifications, including Associate Project Management Level 4 & Operations Manager Level 5.

As a Steadfast Business Trainer you will be responsible for effective planning, managing and delivery, using appropriate teaching, learning and assessment methods to support apprenticeship learners who are studying Business and Management qualifications. We're seeking trainers who create lasting change.

You will be based in the East/West Midlands and required to travel to visit learners in their workplaces.

Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Holds an Assessors Qualification- CAVA, D32, D33, A1 or TAQA.

Hold a recognised Teaching Qualification - PTLLS or above. Hold Functional skills/ key skills qualifications in English, Maths or willing to work towards them. Have a good understanding and the ability to deliver apprenticeship programmes. Have a good understanding of Health and Safety, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Safeguarding, and Prevent. You will have a Full UK Driving Licence and own transport initially. (Use of Company Vehicle upon completion of Probation period) Applicants will ideally live in the East/West Midlands area.

A recognised assessor qualification (e.g.

) Experience of delivering business apprenticeships. Experience of working in a management position. A creative and flexible approach to deliver apprenticeship qualifications. Excellent people skills and the ability to engage with learners and managers.
