We are recruiting a Tutor to deliver the Facilities Management apprenticeship up to Level 4 on behalf of our client. You will support apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to progress in property and asset management, compliance, health and safety, sustainability, leadership, and project management.

What You'll Do



Deliver engaging teaching and assessment sessions that link theory to workplace practice. Create and deliver tailored learning plans, monitor progress, and prepare learners for End Point Assessment. Cover core topics including property and asset management, compliance, health and safety, sustainability, leadership, and project management. Work closely with employers to make sure learning aligns with day-to-day workplace requirements. Provide one-to-one coaching and timely feedback to support learner success.

Who You Are



Practically experienced in facilities management or a closely related field. Comfortable translating workplace experience into structured learning. Organised, reliable, and able to balance coaching with clear record keeping. Confident working with employers and apprentices to meet standards and outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience



Strong background in facilities management. Teaching or training qualification, or willingness to work towards one. Understanding of apprenticeship standards and Level 4 assessment requirements.

What You'll Grow



Confidence in assessment and EPA preparation. Curriculum design and employer engagement skills. Coaching and mentoring experience with adult learners.
