We are recruiting a Tutor to deliver the Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship (Level 3) on behalf of our client. You will coach learners to plan, create, execute and evaluate campaigns across digital and offline channels - preparing them for real workplace delivery and End Point Assessment.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver engaging teaching, coaching and assessment sessions that connect marketing theory to workplace practice. Design and deliver learning plans covering campaign planning, content creation, social media, email, SEO basics, paid social intro, analytics and reporting. Prepare learners for End Point Assessment with targeted EPA support and practical coaching. Work closely with employers to ensure training reflects current tools, systems and campaign workflows. Provide one-to-one support, assess work-based evidence and give constructive feedback.
Who you are:

Practically experienced in multi-channel marketing (agency, in-house or freelance). Skilled at breaking down campaign concepts into teachable steps and practical tasks. Organised, reliable and comfortable keeping accurate records. Confident working with employers and apprentices to meet apprenticeship standards.
Essential skills & experience:

Strong background in marketing across at least two channels (social, email, content, SEO, paid media). Hands-on experience with analytics and basic reporting. Teaching or training qualification, or willingness to work towards one. Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and Level 3 assessment expectations.
