to lead on the operational and strategic aspects of Apprenticeships, you will work closely with the other Apprenticeship Manager and Executive team, to pro-actively support, lead and develop staff to deliver an exceptional learner experience. You will need proven experience and expert knowledge of Apprenticeship provision, with inspirational leadership qualities, and the ability to build and develop highly effective and sustainable relationships with employers and external stakeholders.
As our Apprenticeship Manager, you will:
be responsible for the overarching operational management of Apprenticeships
lead on the management of the quality of the provision including co-ordinating and tracking centrally
secure outcomes in line with Key Performance Indicators
manage communication, both externally with employers and internally across curriculum and other relevant college teams
manage Trainers and Progress Coaches aligned to a range of Standards, linked to the focus of the job remit
lead on best practice via streamlining and refining apprenticeship systems and processes, including Smart Assessor, Pro-Monitor and Google.
