Apprenticeships Program Coordinator

to lead the day-to-day operations of our dynamic apprenticeship programme. From onboarding to monthly engagement events, you'll ensure each apprentice feels supported, empowered, and inspired throughout their journey.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee and coordinate the full lifecycle of the apprenticeship programme - from onboarding to offboarding Design and facilitate engaging workshops, spotlight sessions, and leadership talks Handle all logistics: book venues, coordinate guest speakers, manage events and communications Partner closely with the Programme Manager on process improvements and community-building initiatives Manage programme dashboards, timelines, documentation, and apprentice feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement Maintain and regularly update the apprenticeship programme website and resources Collaborate with a diverse group of internal teams and external partners to ensure programme success

We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have:

Experience in programme or project management Proficiency with tools like

Google Workspace

and

Qualtrics

(surveys and dashboards) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities A natural ability to collaborate and bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments

Bonus Points If You Also Have:

A proven track record of delivering results through impactful programme design and execution Experience supporting or leading

diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)

initiatives Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a proactive mindset The confidence to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and drive solutions forward
