We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee/Apprentice Insurance Advisor to join or friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, complete industry-recognised qualifications and build a career in a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting colleagues with administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Promoting our products and services to both existing and new clients Providing excellent customer service with clear, confident communication Working as part of a close-knit team to achieve goals and deliver for clients Following a structured apprenticeship framework to complete professional insurance qualifications

A positive, "can do" attitude and willingness to learn Good communication skills, both written and verbal Initiative and the ability to work well in a team A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within insurance Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

The apprenticeship will include completion of the Certificate for Customer Service in the Financial Services Sector at SCQF Level 6 and the Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance, over the course of 12 - 24 months.

The hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
