Join the Team at Optimum Driver Training!

We're currently looking for a

qualified ADI

to become part of our supportive and growing team. This is a

flexible, self-employed

position ideal for someone seeking work-life balance without evening or weekend commitments.

We are offering up to 3 days per week, with a minimum requirement of two

8-hour days on Mondays and Tuesdays

.

You'll have everything you need to get started:

A fully insured training car

Fuel and job essentials covered
Bookings managed for you--just turn up and teach!

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality driving lessons to learners and full licence holders at various stages of experience Create tailored lesson plans based on each student's progress and learning style Offer constructive feedback and help learners build confidence and skill behind the wheel Maintain a calm, supportive, and professional environment during every lesson Perform daily checks on the vehicle and report any issues promptly Keep accurate student records and stay on top of lesson scheduling Keep up to date with the latest driving laws and industry standards

What We're Looking For:

Valid ADI qualification Previous experience is great, but

newly qualified instructors are welcome!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning needs In-depth knowledge of road safety and instructional best practices A

clean UK driving licence

with no penalty points
