With a growing portfolio of solar PV-T (Photovoltaic-Thermal) projects, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled approved electrician/electrical technician to help drive the transition to clean energy.
Role Overview
As an Approved Electrician/Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, testing and inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical/control systems including but not limited to solar PV-T systems. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the growth of our electrical capabilities and certifications
Install, test, and inspect electrical works (commercial & domestic) where appropriate
Support our Solar PV-T/Heating Manager with the installation and commissioning of Solar PV-T systems including controls
Conduct routine maintenance and fault diagnosis
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and building regulations
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize system performance
Provide technical support and guidance to clients on system operation
Requirements
Fully Qualified approved electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent or greater if Technician).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
Inspection & Testing qualifications as required
Solar PV certified
Experience in renewable energy systems
Experience with commercial HVAC systems/controls
Controls (BMS wiring) experience/knowledge would be beneficial
Strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
