Job Description

Wells Electrical Contractors are an independent electrical contractor operating nationally, providing a full range of electrical contracting services for commercial, domestic, and industrial sectors. We are currently looking to recruit a number of experienced electricians to join our expanding team.

Overview of Role

Electrical installations Testing and inspection, fault finding and remedial work Electrical repairs and maintenance Fire alarm and emergency lighting work Reading and marking up site drawings Completion of project paperwork for submission Ensuring safe working practices complying with H&S and Environmental legislation Working flexibly and when needed outside normal working hours

Experience & Skills

Highly motivated and pro-active Previous experience as a site electrician Previous experience in testing and inspection Previous experience working in industrial and commercial installations including all aspects of wiring and containment systems Competent in completing NICEIC reports and certification Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure Ability to work as part of a team Good written and verbal communication skills

Essential Qualifications & Professional Memberships

NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Electrical Installation Systems (Buildings and Structures) C&G 2382 - 18 Requirements for 18th Edition C&G 2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing or Equivalent ECS gold card Minimum 2 years' experience within the electrical sector A full driving licence
