The successful candidate will carry out high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and inspection work commercial, industrial, and domestic environments ensuring compliance with current industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work in commercial, industrial, and domestic settings in compliance with current regulations.
Undertake inspection, testing, and certification of electrical systems.
Ensure all work complies with the latest IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
Work independently or as part of a team to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Maintain accurate records of work completed.
Adhere to Company Health & safety and Quality procedures.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent (preferred).
5 years experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
Full UK driving licence.
Skills Required
Proficient in electrical work.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools related to electrical work.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits and components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical work is essential.
Ability to work both independently and part of a team essential.
