The Company
Bridge-It Housing are a Supported Housing Provider, providing accommodation in shared houses across the Yorkshire and Greater Manchester region. Bridge-It Housing is a registered charity, and registered social landlord.
We are looking to expand our maintenance team and grow the support for electrical related work.
The Role
The role includes working across all operational areas to support with; total house refurbs, HMO conversions, and general fault finding.
You will be required to record all your works and relay this information to the appropriate manager.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am- 4.30pm. This is a permanent and full-time position. Our business is 24/7 and occasionally there will be assistance required outside the normal working day.
A company van is provided, it is preferred if candidates have their own tools although equipment is provided where required.
Experience Required
Experience of electrical installations within domestic settings; trouble shooting; and fault finding; is required for this role, as duties will include the installation and maintenance of interlinked smoke alarms and hard wiring appliances.
Installation of data points and CCTV is preferred but not essential.
Applicants must have Level 3 installation along with 18th edition or higher, and 2391 Testing & Inspection.

Pay: 28,000.00-33,000.00 per year
