Duties

Design and deliver customised coaching programmes tailored to individual or group needs Lead training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed Motivate participants to reach their full potential through constructive feedback and encouragement Monitor progress and adjust programmes accordingly to optimise results Maintain a safe and organised environment during all activities Provide educational insights into anatomy and physiology relevant to the activity Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal development Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and programme outcomes

Experience

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching roles Strong knowledge of anatomy and physical health principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants Previous experience in designing training programmes is desirable but not essential A passion for fitness, sports, and helping others succeed is essential for success in this role
