Swimming Teacher - Disability Swimming

Duties:

Plan and deliver swimming lessons tailored for individuals or groups with disabilities Develop and implement lesson plans based on each participant's abilities, needs, and goals Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all participants Demonstrate swimming techniques clearly and provide constructive feedback to aid skill development Monitor and ensure the safety of all participants in and around the pool Maintain accurate records of attendance and participant progress

Qualifications & Skills:

Knowledge of swimming techniques, water safety, and disability swimming practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with participants and their families Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, abilities, and additional needs Must be able to pass a background check

Essential Criteria:

Award in Aquatic Teaching - Disability Swimming

(or equivalent recognised qualification) ASA/Swim England Level 2, STA Level 2 Award/Certificate, or Level 2 Baby and Pre-School swimming qualification is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 17.00 per hour
