Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the needs of all students. Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and feedback. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and well-being. Maintain classroom discipline and manage behaviour effectively. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance educational programmes and initiatives. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.

Requirements

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential. Strong understanding of the curriculum relevant to the age group being taught. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and learning. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs. Previous teaching experience is desirable but not mandatory; newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in using technology as a teaching tool is an advantage. Pay: 16.99-20.00 per hour
