Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with various tree care and vegetation management tasks including pruning, removal, grass cutting, verge maintenance.

Operate machinery equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform tree surgery tasks as required.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Essential requirements:

Valid CSCS card.

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's licence

Candidates must have or pass a safety critical medical including drug and alcohol test.

Prepared to work varying hours to meet the needs of the business.

Desirable requirements:

Chainsaw / Hedge trimmer/ strimming/ chipper or other relevant qualifications

Machine/ tractor operative

HGV Licence

First aid at work with forestry plus.

Highways passport

Other information:

Variety of day and night shifts, consistent work for the right candidate

Willing to engage with randomised Drug and Alcohol testing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
