We are looking to grow our Arb team due to further growth within the business. If you are and experienced arborist then this might be of interest.

BGG Garden and Tree Care Ltd, established in 1999, is a family-owned and -operated business that has expanded to more than 40 local employees. We provide a comprehensive suite of services--including commercial and residential grounds maintenance, highway verge cutting, arboriculture, tree surgery, and site clearances--delivered with precision and care.

As we continue to grow as a business, we are looking to recruit experienced arborist/team leader.

Arborist/Team Leader

As an arborist/team leader your role will be varied and wide ranging from domestic tree works to site clearances. Work will be carried out for various private and commercial clients as well as public authorities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest requirement and that a quality service is provided. You'll also ensure that all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, and equipment is kept in a safe working condition.

Applicants will need to have the following, although further training will be provided:

- Industry climbing experience in previous roles.

- Proven team Leader Experience, with the ability to organise, motivate and run a crew. (Team Leader roles only)

- Industry qualifications (CS30/31/38/39/41 or equivalent), NPTC, First Aid plus EFA+F, Chapter 8 etc.

- Driving licence (Pre 96 and B+E desirable)

- Hard working and have a positive work ethic

Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
