Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Arcade Bar Manager to oversee our bar and arcade operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bartending and leadership, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. The Bar Manager will be responsible for managing bar staff, ensure we adhere to alcohol licensing standards, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Three monthly bonuses are also given if targets are met.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the arcade bar team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Develop innovative drink menus and specials that align with culinary trends and guest preferences. Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or feedback promptly to enhance the guest experience. Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records related to bar operations. Basic fixes with arcade machines. (Training given) Social media marketing. Shift rotas.

Requirements

Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong bartending skills with a comprehensive knowledge of beverages and cocktails. Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service experiences.

Pay: From 13.50 per hour
