Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including visitor areas, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised, including floors, windows, and furniture. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively. Communicate with other members of staff to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
Qualifications
Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours may be required.
