OUTLINE OF JOB
To work in our holiday resort arcades engaging and helping our guests. Listening to guests issues and resolving problems for them in a polite, helpful and efficient manner. To ensure the arcade is a safe and welcoming place for holiday makers of all ages. To ensure with the team that the arcade is clean, attractive and well merchandised. To learn about the range of products and promotions we run so you can inform customers accurately. To help and learn the with minor onsite diagnosis/repairs
