We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Arcade Manager to oversee daily operations at our entertainment centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the overall organisation of the arcade. Must be over 18 due to gambling laws
Duties
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the arcade, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of guest service
Manage staff schedules, provide training, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Oversee maintenance and safety checks of arcade machines and equipment, ensuring all are in excellent working condition
Handle guest enquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guests leave with a positive impression
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the arcade area to comply with health and safety regulations
Follow all gambling policies , training will be given
Qualifications
Proven experience in management within the hospitality or entertainment industry is highly desirable but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive working atmosphere
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of arcade equipment maintenance is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings as required
