Here at Playnation Haggerston we are currently recruiting
seasonal full-time Arcade Supervisors
to join our team for the
2026 season
. As an Arcade Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the arcade. You will be outgoing, friendly, approachable and confident, with a strong passion for customer service and team leadership. You will lead by example on shift, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times and that every guest leaves having had a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising the daily operation of the arcade during your shift
Leading shifts and supporting, motivating and guiding team members
Delivering excellent customer service and handling customer queries and complaints professionally
Taking initiative to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Managing conflict resolution calmly and fairly with both guests and staff
Handling and being responsible for a small cash float, including basic cash handling and reconciliation
Ensuring arcade machines and areas are kept clean, safe and presentable
Supporting training of new team members where required
Adhering to company policies, health & safety procedures and licensing regulations
Job will start on 6th March 2026 when park opens.

Confident, reliable and punctual
Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions during shifts
Strong communication and leadership skills
Able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work varied shift patterns, including evenings, weekends and busy periods
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
