Architect / Architectural Technologist.

The candidate will need to be a qualified Architect (ARB) or Architectural Technologist (CIAT) with experience taking projects from a first initial consultation through the Planning and Building Regulations process.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead and contribute to the design and technical development of projects from concept through to completion.

? Familiar with the UK Planning process, with local planning policy knowledge being preferable

? Produce high-quality drawings, specifications, and detailed construction packages.

? Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

? Manage planning and building regulation submissions.

? Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Skills & Experience

? Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as an Architect (ARB registered) or Architectural Technologist (MCIAT preferred).

? Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing.

? Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suites is preferable.

? Excellent communication and project management skills.

? Experience taking projects from initial consultation through to completion.
