The role
Join our Commercial team to lead and support the design and delivery of commercial and mixed?use projects from RIBA Stages 3 to 5, working closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to bring exceptional architecture to life. Hotel experience is highly valued.
Responsibilities
Lead design development and provide design support across commercial and mixed?use schemes
Mentor junior staff and contribute to collaborative design processes
Produce detailed Revit models, technical drawings, and documentation
Interface regularly with clients, multidisciplinary consultants, and delivery teams
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements
Essential skills & experience
Minimum 3 years post?qualification (ARB/RIBA) experience in commercial architecture
Demonstrable portfolio across commercial and (ideally) mixed?use or hotel projects
High proficiency in Revit
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
Effective communicator with excellent presentation and coordination skills
