Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Architect to join our Darlington team. The successful candidate will primarily work on projects through

RIBA Stages 1-4

, with opportunities to gain experience across full project stages (0-7). You will support the design and technical development of projects from concept through technical design, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to projects across RIBA Stages 1-4. Produce design and technical information using

Revit

. Assist with planning applications and technical submissions. Coordinate with internal team members, consultants, and other stakeholders. Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:

Experience working across

RIBA Stages 1-4

(full RIBA stage experience desirable). Proven experience in healthcare, residential, or industrial sectors preferred. Strong proficiency in

Revit

(essential). Excellent technical, communication, and team collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
