Job Title: Architect

Salary: 46,000 per annum

Pro Hygiea Ltd is in the Construction of domestic and commercial buildings. Over the years, the company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how, and experience in designing and building solutions, project management services, building trades, and related projects. A vacancy with us has open for an Architect with the following skills and experience to join the Team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements. Managing design projects from concept development through to completion. Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs. Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact. Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.

Skills, Qualification & Experience Required

Degree in architecture or a related field. Previous experience in architectural design, remote collaboration, or international project support will be considered. Excellent technical drawing skills. Strong communication and project management skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong creative and visualization skills. ARB/RIBA Certified professionals preferred. Experience in delivering remote architectural services or collaborating across international teams is highly valued.
