Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility and a comprehensive understanding of architectural principles. This role requires collaboration with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring projects from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

Duties

Develop and present architectural designs that meet client specifications and project requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements. Utilise software AutoCAD, for drafting and modelling. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise during construction. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for various stages of the project. Engage in negotiations with clients, contractors, and suppliers to achieve favourable outcomes. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. Incorporate sustainable design practices into projects where applicable. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions.

Skills

Proficiency in architectural software AutoCAD, SketchUp, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate discussions with stakeholders. Experience in running a Traditional form of contract is advantageous. Ability to think creatively while solving complex design challenges. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure accuracy in all work produced. Effective communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to clients and team members.
