We are seeking a talented and innovative RIBA chartered Architect with relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility and technical expertise, with experience in various architectural software. You will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
Utilise software such as Revit and 3DS max NavisWorks to create detailed architectural plans and models.
Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather information necessary for design development.
Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to integrate various aspects of the project.
Prepare presentations using Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design ideas effectively to clients.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure the best outcomes for project delivery.
Oversee the construction process, ensuring that the build aligns with the approved designs and specifications.
Experience
Proven experience as an RIBA Chartered Architect
Proficiency in architectural design software including Rhinoceros 3D, ArchiCAD, CAD, Sketchup, NavisWorks, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of joinery techniques and materials used in construction.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to negotiate effectively with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
A RIBA Qualified Architect ; professional accreditation is preferred.
