Job Description

Eden Brown is working with a rapidly growing boutique studio based in Peckham to assist in their search for an Architect. Working on large scale multi-unit residential projects this company is seeking an ambitious and passionate Architect with 1-3 years of experience post Part III qualification. This is the perfect opportunity for an Architect who has qualified in a larger studio who is ready for an opportunity that will allow them to develop their skill-set further. You will be pitching to clients and leading on projects with values in excess of \xc2\xa350,000,000!

The important stuff

The salary is of course dependent on experience but the client is looking to pay a salary in the range of \xc2\xa335,000 to \xc2\xa340,000 per year. Working from home is adhoc, agreeing to work from home as and when you need to, there are no set rules or set days. Having said this the Founder/Director believes the office is where collaboration happens best and where excitement for the projects they are tendering for and winning really builds.

What you need to bring

Proficiency with AutoCAD and Rhino, and demonstrable experience using these software\'s on large scale multi-unit residential projects is essential, V-Ray and Grasshopper would be a plus but not essential. Outside of this it is all about a driven and excited attitude. The Founder/Director wants an Architect who buys into their vision for growth and will slot into the teams culture and the companies overall passionate and excitable atmosphere.
