A global architecture and design firm with a strong presence in London is looking for a talented and experienced
ARB Registered Architect
to join their expanding team. This award-winning practice is renowned for delivering unique and high-impact projects across the commercial, mixed-use, and transit-oriented development sectors.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of
capabilities and a collaborative mindset. This role offers the opportunity to take a lead on exciting design projects and grow within an innovative, forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to the design and development of architectural projects
Prepare, develop, and coordinate drawings, models, images, and technical documentation
Oversee specific areas of project development under the guidance of senior leadership
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants
Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards
Participate in project coordination and communication with clients and stakeholders
Maintain up-to-date CPD records and a Personal Development Plan (PDP) in line with ARB/RIBA standards
Skills & Qualifications
ARB Registered Architect (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification architectural experience
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Proficient in
Revit
and
Rhino
(essential); experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, or Enscape is a plus
Exceptional design sensibility and ability to communicate design concepts clearly
Familiarity with UK Building Regulations and planning procedures
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Legally eligible to work in the UK
Desirable Attributes
Experience managing junior architects or assistants
Understanding of project budgeting and scheduling
Strong presentation skills and ability to liaise confidently with clients
Open and adaptable attitude to evolving working practices and technologies
Resilience in managing deadlines and competing priorities professionally
