Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. Duties

Develop and present architectural designs for various projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure successful project outcomes. Utilise software such as Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD to create detailed drawings and models. Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information for design development. Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring quality standards are met. Prepare presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or SketchUp to effectively communicate design concepts. Engage in negotiations with contractors and suppliers to secure the best resources for projects. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design capabilities.

Skills

Proficiency in architectural software including Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, , Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max, Twinmotion, Enscape , and SketchUp. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate discussions with clients and contractors effectively. Knowledge of construction processes and joinery techniques is essential. Creative problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail in design execution. Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
