Overview


We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility and technical expertise, contributing to a variety of projects from concept through to completion. This role requires an individual who is passionate about architecture and committed to delivering high-quality designs that meet client needs while adhering to industry standards.

Duties



Candidate must hold Chartered status in RIBA and execute the RIBA Stages independently. Develop and present architectural designs that align with client requirements and project specifications. Utilise software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, and ArchiCAD for drafting and modelling. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the construction process. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with design specifications. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction. Employ advanced modelling techniques using Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Engage in negotiation processes with clients and contractors to achieve favourable outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality.

Qualifications



A degree in Architecture or a related field is essential. Essential - RIBA Chartered

Candidate must be in the UK and hold full rights to work in the UK

Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and NavisWorks is required. BIM Modelling Experience with design tools such as 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous. Strong understanding of construction methods and joinery techniques. Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients. A keen eye for detail coupled with creative problem-solving abilities. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 42,000.00-51,000.00 per year
