With a collaborative studio culture and a growing portfolio of national and international projects, we're seeking a suitably qualified Architect to join a well-established, award winning Practice, at our office in Milton Keynes.

38.75 per week, Monday to Friday, flexibility with start and finish times.

Role & Responsibilities (this list is not exhaustive):



Management of day-to day delivery of projects, working in collaboration with the team. You must therefore be able to demonstrate strong capabilities across RIBA stages 0-7. Production of planning and construction drawing packages - drawings, schedules and specifications. Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and internally with the rest of the project team. Where directed to do so, take on the role of project lead to manage the day-to-day delivery of projects. Assist with evaluation and advise upon environmental and regulatory legal requirements affecting the project and initial approvals. Work as part of a project team to deliver schemes from inception to completion. Assist with, and where appropriate, lead on bids. Lead and undertake stakeholder engagement to develop design briefs and deliver agreed design proposals. Attend regular CPD events and stay up-to-date with technical and legislative developments in our industry.

Qualifications and Experience:



Chartered Architect (ARB registered). Able to manage a team and work on projects from inception to completion (RIBA stages 0-7). Extensive experience in preparing planning and working drawing construction packages and good knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policy, and quality standards. Proven design capability, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and project management skills. The majority of our projects are delivered in REVIT, therefore knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
