Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Architect to join our established and award-winning team based in Penrith. As part of our dynamic and collaborative environment, the successful applicant will work on a diverse range of Residential and Commercial projects, covering all RIBA stages. The ideal candidate will have strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD.

Position Overview:

Confidently work on a variety of Residential and Commercial projects throughout all RIBA stages Develop designs into working drawings using Revit, AutoCAD (or both), ensuring all drawings meet regulatory and company standards Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals Prepare drawings and submissions of planning / building regs Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information Conduct occasional site visits Participate in team meetings

About You:

ARB Qualified Architect Good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD Ability to work independently and as part of a design / technical team Good knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes Motivated individual with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Strong design and technical drawing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, detailed construction drawings Experience across all RIBA Stages Able to run projects Based within a commutable distance of Penrith Prior experience in a similar role and within the construction industry is advantageous
