Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect Project Coordinator to lead and oversee planning, appeals refurbishment,shop fitting,architectural projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, design, and project management, with proficiency in a variety of architectural software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative architectural solutions.

Duties



Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, budgets, and deadlines. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop project scopes and deliverables. Utilise software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, NavisWorks, Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce detailed designs and visualisations. Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, models, and documentation for construction purposes. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Conduct negotiations with clients and contractors to secure favourable terms and resolve any project-related issues promptly. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, health & safety regulations, and industry standards throughout all project phases. Supervise site visits and oversee on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design intent. Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders to promote collaboration and transparency.

Skills



Proven expertise in project management within the architecture or construction industry. Strong proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, NavisWorks, Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino), Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Sketch. Excellent negotiation skills to manage client relationships and contractor agreements effectively. In-depth knowledge of construction processes and joinery techniques. Ability to interview, engage workers both skilled, labourers interpret complex technical drawings and models accurately. Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills for liaising with workers,clients, consultants, contractors, and team members. Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From 23,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week
