Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, as well as proficiency in various design software and tools.

Duties

Develop architectural designs and plans that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, NavisWorks, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of construction methods and joinery techniques. Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Effective negotiation skills to facilitate discussions with clients and contractors. Creative problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail in design work. Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
