We are looking for a skilled and motivated Architect to join our growing practice, specialising in both residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering high-quality architectural designs, supported by rapid and visually compelling renderings.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative, practical design solutions.
Produce high-quality architectural renderings within tight deadlines, effectively showcasing design intent, materials, and spatial quality.
Ensure all designs comply with applicable building regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
3-5 years of professional experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both design ability and rendering proficiency.
Proficiency in industry-standard architectural and rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Suite).
Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and UK building regulations.
Valid London driving licence (required for site visits).
