Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a well-respected and growing architectural practice renowned for delivering high-quality residential developments across the UK. They are currently seeking an Architectural Technician with Revit skills to support their expanding portfolio of projects ranging from bespoke housing to large-scale developments.
About the Role:
You'll be working within a collaborative and experienced team, contributing to the technical delivery of residential projects through all RIBA stages. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical grounding and a passion for well-executed residential architecture.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and packages using Revit (AutoCAD experience is a bonus)
  • Apply a strong understanding of current UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Assist in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Support senior team members in project delivery from planning through to site
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in architectural practice
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience advantageous
  • Strong technical knowledge, especially in residential construction
  • Familiarity with UK Building Regulations and technical standards
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
