The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented Architectural Technician or Technologist to join our growing technical team. With several housing schemes moving into the construction phase over the next six months, this is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in producing detailed, coordinated technical information.
You'll collaborate closely with senior project leads to deliver high-quality construction drawing packages and bespoke details, ensuring full compliance with Building Regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed technical and construction drawing packages for planning and building control submissions
Develop and coordinate bespoke construction details
Liaise with design teams, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages
Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and relevant standards
Support the technical delivery of residential and mixed-use projects from concept to completion
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience in a UK architectural practice
Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Proven ability to produce detailed construction drawings
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
Working knowledge of Photoshop & Indesign (advantageous)
Experience working on housing developments (advantageous)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently within a small, collaborative team
