The job role:

Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and vision. Meet clients at their properties to carry out measurements/site surveys of their homes. Design excellent architectural plans that exceed customer expectations. Take part in team meetings to discuss design ideas when needed Produce building regulations drawings & specifications Produce supporting documentation for planning applications Take initiative, prioritise efficiently, and be driven by our shared mission of growth.

Ideal candidate:

Proven experience delivering architectural drawings for UK-based residential projects. Is driven, motivated, with a great work-ethic Possesses a solid understanding of what makes great design Solid verbal & written communication skills Strong attention to detail
