Architectural Technologist
Job Description
Due to growth in our residential project portfolio, we are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in our attractive rural office in Southmoor, (near Abingdon)
A'Bear & Ball Architects LLP is a design focused architectural Practice specialising in the delivery of high quality contemporary architecture predominantly in the residential, commercial and education sectors.
You will be an integral part of our team working for both private residential and developer/contractor clients, with project construction values typically between 500K and 10m.

Requirements;
Minimum 5 years experience within UK architecture- with MCIAT accreditation. Ability to produce consistently high quality drawing packages- particularly at RIBA Stage 4 'Technical Design' Demonstrable experience in the residential and commercial sectors (experience of working with a housing developer is also preferred but not essential) Experience in contemporary detailing and low energy design beyond minimum Building Regulation standards. Good working knowledge of current Building Regulations. Proficiency in Vectorworks. Experience in BIM preferred Must be able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills.
