Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects, working closely with architects and project managers to bring innovative designs to life. This position requires proficiency in various design software and a strong understanding of building processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop architectural designs and specifications. Create detailed drawings and models using CAD and AutoCAD. (Revit, Sketchup maybe an advantage). Assist in the preparation of project technical drawings and product data. Potential to conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite for visual presentations and marketing materials. Support project management tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, is essential. Strong understanding of architectural principles and building processes. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A keen eye for attention to detail and a passion for design innovation. Relevant qualifications in architecture or a related field are preferred. Previous experience in the construction environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
