As an Architectural Technologist you will play a key role in shaping high-quality, buildable solutions that meet the needs of our clients, factory, and construction teams.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality RIBA stage outputs aligned with project goals. Develop intelligent, buildable design solutions that enhance project efficiency. Coordinate consultant designs through to construction. Maintain and improve internal design standards and documentation. Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety standards, and the Building Safety Act. Manage 3D coordination using BIM360 and Autodesk AEC tools (Revit-based). Support factory and site teams in resolving technical challenges. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's detail-driven, collaborative, and solutions-focused.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication--both written and verbal. Proven ability to follow structured processes and procedures. Confident working across teams and building strong relationships. A proactive problem-solver with a goal-oriented mindset. High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Comfortable receiving and applying feedback to improve performance.
