WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A skilled Architectural Technologist with strong proficiency and understanding of technical architecture, whilst working in the context of the early stages of design.
Solid knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work (stages 4-5) and proven experience in producing detailed technical drawings and planning packages for small- and large-scale residential schemes, in compliance with current UK building regulations.
Up to date with the latest NHBC standards
A confident and proactive professional who is highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
Experience in a similar role within an architectural practice or developer is required. This is not an entry-level position; students with no experience need not apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare architectural designs using AutoCAD and other traditional design methods, leveraging your detailed knowledge of UK planning, building regulations, and industry best practices.
Develop specifications, proposals, and applications for a variety of projects, including residential development projects at varying scales.
Create concept designs and feasibility studies to support client schemes and prepare them for tender.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure project deliverables are met within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Engage with clients, project partners, and consultants to ensure project requirements are fulfilled and client expectations are exceeded.

CIAT is preferable but not necessary
Large-scale residential background working with PLCs and SMEs is desirable but not essential

Able to work in isolation but also collaboratively
Fluent in Autodesk Software
Fluent in Microsoft Office (additional software is desirable but not necessary)
