We are currently representing a well-established Architectural Practice, based around the Huddersfield area that is actively looking for a Architectural Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for anArchitectural Technologist to build and develop their career within a talented, growing team.

Our client is looking for a Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 2 years professional experience. This practice specialise within the Domestic, Industrial, Education and Healthcare sectors. Projects include new builds, refurbishments, extensions and fit-outs. It would be highly advantageous for the Architectural Technologist to have professional experience within at least one of these sectors.

The successful Architectural Technologist will be working closely alongside senior members of staff assisting with all aspects of a project, using Revit on a daily basis.

• Salary; \xc2\xa325,000 - \xc2\xa335,000 (DOE)

Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Work on a range of Residential, Education, Industrial and Healthcare developments
• Produce technical drawings and Revit packages for a variety of projects
• Attend site
• Work closely with clients
• Work projects from inception through to completion
• Oversee projects and manage projects
• Resolve any problems that may arise quickly and professionally
• Use Revit on a daily basis

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Living in or around the Huddersfield area
• Relevant Degree Qualified; Minimum 2 Years Professional Experience
• Excellent knowledge of building regulations
• Highly motivated with a brilliant work ethic
• Excellent knowledge of Revit
• Experience within the Residential, Industrial, Healthcare and / or Education sector
