Architectural Technologist
Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team.
Based in new offices in the heart of Leamington Spa, we are a busy Architectural Practice working on an exciting and expanding workload of Healthcare and Public Sector projects.
We are looking for someone that meets the following criteria:
Relevant technical qualification (Degree/HND/HNC).
Enthusiastic, keen to learn and willing to work as part of a team on a variety of projects of differing sizes and values.
At least 4 years post qualification experience.
Experience of using Vectorworks preferred but not essential
Role & Responsibilities
Lead the coordination and technical delivery of projects of differing sizes across all workstages. Produce high-quality technical documentation, including planning, tender, and construction packages Ensure projects are compliant with Building Regulations, CDM, BSA and statutory requirements Contribute and where required lead design team meetings and act as a key point of contact for clients and contractors Review technical information and assist in resolving construction queries Mentor and support junior team members across multiple live projects.

Pay: 30,000.00-42,000.00 per year
