Key Responsibilities

• Conduct measured surveys and produce initial appraisals, concept designs, and final planning layouts.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and working packages using AutoCAD.
• Navigate Planning and Building Regulations to produce compliant documentation and submissions.
• Create specifications and schedules of work using NBS.
• Manage tender processes and administer contracts using the JCT suite.
• Ensure CDM 2015 compliance across all relevant projects.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to meet project deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• A qualified Architectural Technologist with proven UK experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; SketchUp and Photoshop are a bonus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach.
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience.
• Full UK driving licence required.
