Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a multi-award winning, RIBA chartered architectural practise based in Greater Manchester. Our client are seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join their ever growing team and assist with a variety of exciting projects, including Residential, Educational, Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial projects. Their spike in recruitment, stems from their healthy pipeline of both repeat and new business, which they have developed over the years from their outstanding reputation within the industry. Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Working on multiple projects at once within a variety of sectors including both education and residential
• Liaising with client\'s regularly and maintaining relationships
• Producing high quality technical drawings, using Revit on a daily basis
• Assisting with all aspects of a project, from inception through to completion
• Working both independently and as part of a team

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Ideally 1 + years at least in the industry
• Experienced using Revit
• Live within a commutable distance of Greater Manchester area
• Motivated individual
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to produce a variety of high-quality technical drawings

Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary; (\xc2\xa325,000 to \xc2\xa340,000 DOE)
